I have experienced plumbing leaks in our home and the water came up and overflowed into our office area. The first product was used to destroy the black mold spores and one was to block it from coming back in the future. I benefited more than i thought with this kit as i will show you later on. I filled up the carpet cleaning machine with the mold destroyer product. After i used the carpet machine to apply the solution to every area of the carpet that was wet and applied the mold cleaning solution to the carpets as the machine did its job. I then let the safe mold cleaners set into the carpet for about 15 minutes to lift up all the mold and kill it. I had one of those pressurized spray bottles that the orkin man used and filled that up and sprayed the whole carpet down again just to make sure i wasn't missing anywhere mold could grow. Now i just ran over the carpet again with the carpet cleaning machine and ussed the vaccuum to dry up the carpet.

Now the first step of the mold remediation process was complete. The next part was easy. The secondcheap mold remediation product was the mold encapsulator. All i had to do was spray that one time on the affected area and let it sit. That was it! The directions pointed out that i could add another coating but that was totally up to me so i did just to make sure i didn't miss any areas.

My office is clean and free of that horrible musty smell and I and i can breathe freely and get more work done without worrying about leaving the office with a headaache from the black mold because it is gone. My main goal was to remove the mold from my carpets and i was shocked that it was this easy. But i was amazed that the mold cleaner actually picked up some stains that i had in my carpet as well. but i am more pleased that the products worked so well and the time it took to remediate the office was very limited.
