Patients and visitors who require a gluten-free diet can now enjoy safe gluten-free meals from their hospital bed, and in the food court of the Duchossois Center for Advanced Medicine, at Jazzman's Café in the Knapp Center for Biomedical Discovery and in the Billings Cafeteria.
